The Wraith build I use.
In the early game this build is good for both farming and fighting, and has optional items for whether you're winning or losing. Ammo Scavenger and Infuser are both really good if you have lane control, and Monster Rounds and Healing Rite are good if you're being pushed back a lot.
Mid game you can either stay in lane and farm your lane and jungle, or be very rotation heavy with your teleport. Tesla Bullets + Titanic Magazine is a really scary combo for split pushing so if you farm you can probably sneak a couple of guardians and maybe walkers. If you're yellow or purple take advantage of the teleporter between them for double the farm and double the push.
Late game you can just ult people and take them out of the fight, especially if you have Silencer. You can also Superior Cooldown + Improved Reach your teleport, buy Phantom Strike, and just fly around the map and teamfights too.
