No real order needed, Hex and Slowing bullets make hooking much easier. Suppressor isn't needed, but it is nice to have to make your Binding Word victims weaker when rooted. Grabbing Quicksilver is great too, allowing auto reloads on Binding Words is awesome for finishers, especially when you combine it with Intensifying Magezine later.
