The plan for this build is to be a highly mobile menace aiming to win your lane and exert pressure on the map and pushing objectives while farming as quickly as possible, none of the usual seven afk farming snooze fest. This will work well in a death ball comp or hold out into the late game.
The item build allows you to rotate often while still farming as quick as any other seven.
Aim to engage quick and burst down heroes and objectives and disengage just as quick when needed.
One point in each basic skill for more versatility in fights, then max ball for damage.
Max stun second for more stun.
Surger third for more up time and ult last for more enemy tears.
