Focus your abilities to Fixation and Bullet Dance, throw in sleep dagger as you can. Smoke bomb is useless in this build as it's meant to heal you as you melt faces with bullets. I have never completed this build completely, but with a couple of buys left, I have maxed out at 2644 HP and 568 DPS.
